The meeting examined and adopted more than 20 items of the bill after discussion including "Bill about Anhui GYT Chinese Traditional Medicine Co., Ltd. initial public offering of RMB ordinary shares and listing on the Shanghai stock exchange¡±. Directors, shareholders and supervisors of the board fully expressed their views discussing about the details. With the efforts of the participants, the conference was a complete success!
