On the afternoon of July 20, Li Rongcan, provincial standing committee as well as vice governor, and Zhang Jinghui, vice chairman of provincial CPPCC led the 9th group members for the Provincial Project Observation to weiyuan for the Project Observation.
Zhang Lingping, municipal party secretary, Tang Xiaoming, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee as well as mayor, Wei Zhirong, municipal standing committee, executive vice mayor, Jin Zhong, municipal government secretary general, the municipal concerned people and the key members in charge in Weiyuan County took part in the project observation.
The observation group successively went to the project sites such as Weiyuan Huichuan Jiangneng Chinese medicinal materials trading market and logistics warehouse, GYT Weiyuan Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd., listening to the reports about the project construction and inspecting the project construction in progress on the site.
Weiyuan Huichuan Jiangneng Chinese medicinal materials trading market and logistics warehouse began its construction in June, 2014 with a total investment of 290 milion yuan, up to now the current investment 140 million yuan, accounting for 48.28% of the total investment.
The project is situated in Huichuan Town, Weiyuan county, as planned, covering an area of 190 acres, investing 120 million yuan in 2015, with the completion of the construction trade center, information service center, quality inspection center, storage areas, sales service, electronic service platform and logistics and distribution, and etc.
Up to now, 15 Chinese herbal medicine business fixed commercial buildings have been all-round built, which can accommodate 514 fixed operators and more than 3000 stalls for centralized trading with expected annual sales for more than 0.1 million tons, annual trading amount for about 2 billion yuan, paid taxes nearly 46 million yuan, providing jobs for more than 1000 people.
The Chinese medicine processing projects in GYT Weiyuan Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. started the construction in June, 2014, with a total investment for 200 million yuan, up to now the current investment 198 million yuan, accounting for 99% of total investment. The project is located in Qiaoyu, Weiyuan County, and main construction scale is as follows: planned covering area 94.68 acres, production lines for an annual output of 0.12 billion bags of Naolijing particles, 0.36 billion bags of Huopu resistant and susceptible capsule, 3000 tons Chinese medicine healthy tea and pieces, 60 million cans of Wong Lo Kat herbal tea, and the traditional Chinese medicine formula granule production line, and the ancillary project for the supporting construction. 2015 has seen an investment for 62 million yuan. After the project completion, the annual production amount will reach 0.12 billion bags of Naolijing particles, 0.36 billion bags Huopu resistant and susceptible capsule, 3000 tons of Chinese medicine healthy tea and pieces with annual sales income for about 0.255 billion yuan, paid taxes for more than 30 million yuan, providing jobs for more than 300 people.
In recent years, Weiyuan county has conscientiously implemented the decision and deployment from the provincial Party committee, the provincial government and municipal Party committee, municipal government, monopolized the overall work by means of poverty alleviation, firmly established the concept of "grasping the project is grasping the development", closely around the goal of "precise poverty alleviation, out of poverty in precision, and in synchronization completed the grand goal of a well-off society in an all-round way", grasping the central, provincial, and municipal superposition of the policy opportunities and the project work, and vigorously promoting the "3341" project, solidly carrying out the activity of ¡°hundreds of billions of dollars investment action¡±, and the project construction has effectively supported the poverty alleviation and economic social science development. Since 2012, county finance has seen a pre cumulative funding 26.2 million yuan, planned 625 "3341" projects, with a total investment for 49 billion yuan, an implementation of 590 construction projects, with a total investment of 30.8 billion yuan, and completed investment for 13.67 billion yuan, accumulative total funds for 2.478 billion yuan from the country, and investment funds 28.8 billion yuan, with 8.54billion yuan in place.
